Every word, in the language it was spoken.
Speaker-labelled transcripts in minutes, in English, Hindi and eight more Indian languages. Calls that slip between Hindi and English stay exactly as they were said, searchable down to the word.
Pichhle saal humne 18% discount liya tha, is baar bhi wahi chahiye.
I understand. The discount last year was tied to a two-year term.
Two years is fine, but finance will ask why the price went up.
Main aapko ek comparison bhej deta hoon, usage ke saath. Will that help?

09:00Coaching Clips
The best coach on your floor is last week's call.
Cut the 40 seconds that matter from any call and file it into a library: great objection handling to copy, missed moments to review together. New reps learn from real calls, not scripts.

13:40Recording notice
Recorded in the open. Never in the dark.
Call intelligence only works when everyone on the call knows. Zebmic is built so that customers are told, reps are told, and the company stays in control of its data.
A recording notice on every call
A spoken or written notice opens each call, and an optional consent prompt asks the customer to confirm. Calls without a notice are not processed.
“This call is recorded for quality and training. Press 1 to continue.”
Coaching, not surveillance
Reps are told their calls are analysed and can see their own scores and clips.
Encrypted, then deleted
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Kept only as long as your admin sets.
Your calls train nobody else's AI
Call data belongs to your company. It is never used to train models for other customers, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Access by role
Reps see their own calls. Managers see their team. Admins control retention, exports and integrations.
14:00Questions
Questions people ask before the demo.
Shown the way Zebmic shows every call: question, answer, timestamp.
14:02Which dialers and meeting tools do you support?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for video calls. Exotel, Knowlarity, Ozonetel, Twilio and Aircall for cloud telephony. For reps who call from their own phones, the Android recorder app uploads calls to Zebmic automatically. Anything else can push recordings through our upload API.
14:06Do customers know they're being recorded?
They must, and Zebmic makes that the default. A recording notice plays or is posted at the start of every call, and you can switch on a consent prompt that asks the customer to confirm before recording continues. Calls without a notice are not processed.
14:10Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, plus Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam and Punjabi. Calls that switch languages mid-sentence are transcribed as spoken, not forced into one language.
14:14Is call data secure?
Recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your admin sets how long they are kept, after which they are deleted for good. Your data is never used to train AI models for any other customer.
14:18Can we score support calls too?
Yes. Scorecards are built from your own checklist, so a support QA form with identity checks, issue restatement, hold etiquette and resolution confirmation works the same way a sales checklist does.
14:22How long does setup take?
Most teams connect a meeting tool or dialer and see their first scored call the same day. Building a custom scorecard from your existing checklist usually takes under an hour.
