03:12Call Scorecards
Score every call, not the two you had time for.
Turn the checklist you already coach to into a scorecard, and Zebmic fills it in for every call. Each point comes with the quote and the second that earned or lost it, so feedback is about the call, not about opinion.

A score you can argue with.
Scores without evidence get ignored. Every Zebmic score shows what was said, when, and why it counted.

DetailWhat it does
Your rules, applied the same way every time.
Sales and support each get their own checklists. Weighting, auto-fail rules and manager overrides work the way a QA team already works.
Three ways to score a line
Mix question types in one scorecard.

Auto-fail rules
Some misses outweigh everything else.
AI score next to the manager's
Calibrate by reviewing a sample together. Overrides keep a reason, and the rep sees both.

From hello to done.
What Call Scorecards does on a single call, in order.
- Setup01
Paste your checklist
Write criteria in plain language, set weights, and choose which calls each scorecard applies to.
- 00:0002
Call is heard in full
Zebmic listens to the whole call, both speakers, in whichever languages were used.
- +00:4103
Scored with evidence
Each criterion is marked with the quote and timestamp behind it, and a total is calculated.
- Weekly04
Coach on patterns
Low-scoring criteria roll up by rep and team so one-to-ones start with the right call.
Use casesSales and support
One feature, two floors.
How sales and support teams put Call Scorecards to work.
Discovery, demo and closing calls, scored
- Check that every demo started with discovery, not slides
- See which reps skip the pricing conversation
- Hold the whole floor to one qualification framework
QA coverage on every ticket call
- Replace 2% random sampling with 100% coverage
- Score identity checks, hold etiquette and resolution
- Auto-fail calls where mandatory disclosures were skipped

Next chapter · 07:45Deal MomentsObjections, competitors, pricing, next steps, risks14:02Can we use our existing QA form?
Yes. Paste each line of your current form as a criterion, choose a question type and weight, and Zebmic will score against it from the next call onward.
14:06How does the AI decide a score?
It reads the full transcript against the wording of each criterion and points to the moments that support its decision. If there is no evidence in the call, the criterion is marked as missed with a note saying so.
14:10Can managers change a score?
Yes. Overrides are logged with the manager's reason, the rep is notified, and both the AI score and the final score stay visible for calibration.
14:14Can old calls be rescored with a new checklist?
Yes. When you publish a new version of a scorecard, you can choose to rescore calls from a date range so trends stay comparable.
