13:00CRM Sync
Reps hang up. The CRM is already up to date.
Within a minute of every call, Zebmic writes the summary, the agreed next step, the deal stage and any risks to the right CRM record. Your pipeline reflects what was said, not what someone remembered on Friday.

Ticket notes written for you
- Call summary added to the ticket or contact record
- Promised callbacks created as tasks with a due time
- Complaint categories logged for reporting

CRM Sync, asked and answered.
Next chapter · 00:00Call RecorderCapture every phone, dialer and meeting call14:02Which CRMs do you support?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, LeadSquared and Pipedrive natively. Any other system can receive the same data through webhooks.
14:06Will Zebmic overwrite what reps type?
Only in fields you map, and never in fields you lock. Summaries can be appended to notes instead of replacing them.
14:10What if a call doesn't match a deal?
It is held in an unmatched list where a rep or admin can attach it to the right deal with one click. The data is written as soon as it is matched.
14:14Is there a delay before data appears in the CRM?
Typically under a minute after the call ends. Very long meetings can take a few minutes.
