DetailWhat it does
A training library that fills itself.
Every day of calls produces moments worth teaching. Zebmic suggests them, managers approve them, and new reps learn from your own floor.
Two clicks to cut
Select a stretch of transcript or drag on the waveform. The clip keeps its transcript and translation.
Great or missed
Tag each clip so reps know whether to copy it or learn from it.
Suggested daily
High-scoring moments and clear misses are proposed for review.
Playlists for onboarding
Group clips into a path for new reps, set a due date and see who has finished.
Timestamped notes
Comments pin to a second in the clip, so feedback points at the exact words.
Internal links only
Clips need a login to open, and shared links expire when you choose.
FlowHow it plays out
From hello to done.
What Coaching Clips does on a single call, in order.

Next chapter · 11:30Talk AnalyticsTalk ratio, questions and trends by rep14:02Can reps make their own clips?
Yes, if your admin allows it. Reps can save moments to a personal folder and suggest them for a team library, where a manager approves them.
14:06Can clips be shared outside the company?
Clips are internal by default and need a login to view. Admins can allow time-limited external links, for example for an outside trainer.
14:10What happens to a clip when the call is deleted?
Clips follow the same retention rules as the call. If your policy keeps calls for 180 days, the clip is deleted with the call unless an admin marks the library as a longer-term training set.
14:14Do clips keep their transcript?
Yes. Every clip carries its transcript in the original language with the English translation, so it can be read as well as heard.
